I'm a James Beard award-winning writer specialising in beer, food and travel writer. I present on TV about beer. I teach people about beer. And I run BeerDredge, where I've produced a series of Beer Flavour Wheels.
If you want books about beer, then I've got lots of them, including A Brief History of Lager: 500 Years of the World's Favourite Drink, The Beer Bucket List, Beer & Veg and Beer: A Tasting Course (all available to buy from www.beerdredge.com). I've written many articles for different publications around the world, including Ferment and Good Beer Hunting.
You can see me as the beer expert on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch.
I've worked with numerous breweries and food and drink companies, like Camden Town Brewery, Budvar, Freedom, Pilsner Urquell and Carlsberg, on projects as varied as beer education, staff training, menu development, copywriting, content creation, category consultancy, engaging talks, and more.

As well as a James Beard Award (for this story), I've won numerous awards from the British and American Guilds of Beer Writers and have been shortlisted for an Andre Simon award (for my Lager book).
As an international beer judge, I've been to some of the world's top competitions, including the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival.

When I'm not drinking beer I'm probably either eating or running. I'm based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. I'm at mark@beerdredge.com or you can follow me on Instagram and twitter @MarkDredge.
